Position: HR Executive - Recruitment (Headhunting Specialist)

Your Role:

This role demands a highly motivated and strategic individual who thrives in seeking out and securing top-tier talent. You will specialize in headhunting, using a mix of traditional methods and digital platforms like LinkedIn to proactively identify and attract candidates. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the industry landscape and the ability to craft compelling job vacancies that align with our strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the headhunting initiatives to identify and recruit top talent from both local and international markets.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that include networking, direct sourcing, and social media recruitment, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with division heads to understand specific recruitment needs and develop detailed job descriptions that attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights on attracting and retaining talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate engagement process, from initial contact through to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with significant expertise in headhunting and talent acquisition.

Exceptional ability to network and engage with candidates through various channels, particularly LinkedIn.

Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze industry trends and talent markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
