Candidate Profile
- Male candidate under 35 years of age.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a Refrigeration / Air Conditioning industry will be an added advantage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and popular design software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Production Executive / Supervisor
Candidate Profile
Male candidate, age between 30-55
Proven experience working in a supervisory role (above 5 years) in manufacturing industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership & teamwork skills
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
- Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines
- Location: Katunayake Export Processing Zone
