Responsibilities of above job will include but are not limited to the followings;
- Identify sales prospects, vendors, and brokers.
- Establish and maintain future potential client relationships.
- Achieve targets on leasing and higher purchasing during the time period.
- Ensure all operational work is carried out according to the system procedures and guidelines on a daily basis.
The Ideal Candidate should possess with;
Male between the 20 - 40 years and 1-5 years working experience in the relevant field.
• Minimum of three passes in G.C.E. A/L. and G.C.E. O/L. with six passes including Mathematics, Sinhala, and English. Sales and marketing qualifications from an UGC approved universities or a vocational training institute will be an added advantage.
- Good command in English languages with computer literacy in MS Office.
