Age: Between 35 to 55
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of Aviation is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in Army or Navy would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring the daily attendance.
Ensuring to keep the cadre for the shift.
Reporting to the Head of HR.
