The Job Role
Present, promote and sell freight and logistics services to existing and prospective customers.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
Highly motivated, self-oriented and target driven.
Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills
Minimum academic qualification is A/L.
Professional qualifications (sales & marketing/Customer Service / Logistics etc.).
Past experience in sales (applicable only for Executive category).
