You'll do:
Responsible for the overall management and performance of travel operations including operational performance, client servicing and retention, employee management and budgetary and cost management.
Lead, coach and develop the team of operations
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and the operational staff; ensuring all client needs are met.
About you:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Prior managerial experience, corporate travel experience is a plus Knowledge of specified GDS(s).
