Assistant Manager Housekeeping
The biggest fashion retail chain in Sri Lanka looking for a well-organized personal to directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in projects and general housekeeping activities towards proactive management of the department.
Job Role
- ♦ Establish and maintain housekeeping schedules and assign employees on areas of various housekeeping duties
- ◆ Make regular visit to allocated locations.
- ◆ Coordinate with external housekeeping service providers and make sure standards are met.
- ◆ Maintain records and submit as per company requirement.
- ◆ Overlook the entire housekeeping activities of all the company premises.
- ◆ Conducts orientation, in service training for new joiners
- ◆ Continues learning and research for innovations and best practices
Requirements
- ◆ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Relevant field or Hospitality Management.
- ◆ 8 to 10 years of experience in House keeping field in which minimum of 03 years as an executive.
- ◆ Should possess an excellent knowledge in cleaning chemicals, pads, machines, safety & hygiene, PPE's
- ◆ Excellent leadership qualities and communication skills.
