MANAGER - QUALITY ASSURANCE - HORANA
The Job:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner, collaborating with production and design teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and specifications for all products.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control in the apparel manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in the apparel industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
