Job Responsibilities

To perform data management and MIS for various internal and external reviews.

Interface between the delivery groups and all other service groups.

Responsible for managing, tracking, utilizing and replacement of resources of the company to an optimum level at any given point of time through effective systems and tools.

Doing transaction monitoring for the process aligned to as per defined sample size.

Sample size calculation.

Participation in all the calibration sessions internal as well as external.

Job Requirements

Ordinary Level with Diploma/ Advanced Level/ HND or Undergraduate.

1.5 years or less than 4 years' exposure in customer service (local or international customer service experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel mandatory).

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA.

Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard.

Having strong communication skills is a must.

Flexible to work based on rotational shift basis.
