Product Development Officer
Unipower (Pvt) Ltd (A member of CIC Holdings PLC) is the pioneer in introducing specialty fertilizer & high-end Agri inputs in Sri Lanka, and the market leader of controlled release fertilizer. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic personnel for the following vacancies.
- Sales Executive - Matale/Kandy/ Polonnaruwa
- Product Development Officer - Anuradhapura/Kurunegala
Job Profile
Promote and share the knowledge of UPL Fertilizers and products by applying & modifying established practices using sound agronomic principles.
Manage, maintain, and grow the base business in the given territory.
Conduct field trials, farmer visits and field demonstrations at farmer fields and research stations. Manage grower and dealer relationships supporting and growing product demand.
- Provide technical support to end use customers on the use of UPL fertilizers.
Should be responsible for the coverage of the relevant sales target.
Candidate Profile
- Should possess BSc in Agriculture, a diploma in Agriculture or equivalent from any recognized institute.
Minimum one year hands-on experience in the Agriculture industry or any other relevant field in sales and marketing.
Competent in MS office functions,
Should possess a valid driving/riding license.
Should possess a fair knowledge in both Sinhala and English, Knowing Tamil would be an added advantage.
Age below 35 years.
