eBEYONDS is an international eBusiness & Digital Marketing Solutions Company serving a prestigious local and international clientele. We're looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and suitably qualified individual to take on the role of Web Support Executive - eCommerce Operations

The individual who serves in this position is required to handle requests for technical support. He or she should promptly respond to technical support requests, engage in custom developments of products, and also in maintenance and management of product marketing websites, and guide & train support team members.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in a similar role
  • General understanding and working knowledge in a technology stack that includes JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, Figma, and Photoshop.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
