Call Center Executives

Join our highly talented sales team to contact our vast customer base in Middle East & Africa.

  • Remuneration package: Basic Salary, Attendance Bonuses, and Commissions exceeding Rs100,000 (Incentives Pegged to USD)

Responsibilities

Manage outbound calls.

Handling customer queries & customer support.

Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile. Meet personal/team qualitative & quantitative targets.

Qualifications

Candidates should be between 18 - 35 years.

Possess good communication skills in English and Tamil or Hindi.

Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.

"Expat Indians" in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM
