IT Support Executive and Network Administrator
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer networking and information technology
- ir experience
- Minimum 3 year experience as a network administrator
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with databases, networks (lan, wan) and patch management Familiar with various operating systems and platforms
- Hardware and software installation
- Mandatory knowledge of windows server, Linux, VMware, firewall and IT security
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision and perform efficiently under pressure
- Configure network devices & monitoring (switches/routers/access point) Manage and troubleshooting desktop, laptop and server (windows/linux) Maintain documentation
