JOB PURPOSE
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGER
(LITRO GAS DISTRIBUTION - RATNAPURA)
Manages the SPO (Sales Promotional Officer) team
Manages/Develops/Retains/builds loyalty for Dealers & Commercial Customers
Manages profitability of channel partners
- Portfolio of indicators for POS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve regional sales targets in terms of refill sales and new cylinder sale.
- Drive the sales volumes to protect and increase regional market share
- Dealer wise Sales analysis.
- Infrastructure and resources management including stock, human resources, truck fleet management etc.
- Channel management (Dealer & Commercial) Distribution, stock Channel expansion and development
- Home delivery network expansion and development.
- SPO On the job training and development.
- SPO Report Checking (SPO Visit, Dealer & Commercial Card) Commercial business Management Distribution and development.
- Maintain PR with key commercial customers.
- HSE management in the field level.
- Market intelligence provide market information to the management on competitor behavior, consumer behaviour and general market trends.
- Journey management -delivery schedules, journey management of DSRs Sales reporting and administration.
