Job Description: Deputy Manager - Distributor Operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary pharmaceutical distributors and their customer base.
- Collaborate with distributors to understand their needs while addressing their concerns and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Implement and enhance distribution processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Oversee and optimize inventory management at distributor locations to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Implement real-time tracking and reporting systems for inventory levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements within distributor operations in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for distributor operations.
- Provide training and guidance to distributor teams on company products, processes, and quality standards.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights to make informed decisions regarding product distribution strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in distributor operations, preferably in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of veterinary pharmaceutical products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Advance Level with 3 passes.
