Join our company as a Manager of Finished Goods Warehouse & Distribution, where you will oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations and distribution processes. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual with a strong background in warehouse management and logistics to lead our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Job Profile

  • Inventory management: Develop strategies, monitor FG inventory levels, coordinate with production/marketing and conduct audits.

Distribution management: Plan and execute operations, optimize routing, collaborate with marketing/customers/fleet-crews and implement best practices.

Performance monitoring: Drive set KPIs, monitor regularly, generate reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor staff, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Cost reduction initiatives: Identify opportunities for optimisation, implement cost-saving measures, and monitor budgetary targets

Person Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) or equivalent professional qualification in supply chain management /logistics/business management/engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, preferably in packaging.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in WMS, ERP, inventory tracking software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
