Customer Care Executive (Female)
We are an export oriented printing company based in Ratmalana, looking for a Customer Care Executive for our Ratmalana office in view of expanding our business. Successful candidates will be responsible in attending to Customers Inquiries Over the Phone, Sending quotations & Follow Up.
Requirements
- Good Command of English & Sinhala Languages.
- Effective Telephone Skills
- Computer Literacy in MS Office Package.
- Knowledge in Social Media Marketing/Handling is advantageous.
