Tokyo Cement Company (Lanka) PLC., a prestigious public quoted company with foreign collaboration and Sri Lanka's premier Cement Manufacturer and Ready-Mix Concrete Supplier, requests applications from qualified persons for the following position to be based at its Factory in Trincomalee.
Electrical Engineer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with one year experience in the maintenance of industrial electrical system.
- Experience in Medium Voltage system, Low Voltage system, Instrumentation and Power Plant operation will be an added advantage.
- Experience in PLC programing electrical drawings and motor control panel wiring Thorough knowledge of high capacity AC motors, motor drives & other electrical controls and equipment.
Willing to work long hours, weekends and report for duty during night time, if necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure electrical equipment/machinery running without interruptions to avoid production losses.
- To keep all the machines in good working condition and minimize breakdowns Carry out all installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of the electro-mechanical controls system.
- Repair and maintenance of the branch office electrical equipment if necessary Maintenance of required documents, records and report to respective superiors.
Age: Below 35 years
