SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Identify Emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of
- new products and competition status.
- Analyze trends and results to recent sales, revenues and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Assist in implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base in regional territory while ensuring its strong presence.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans for the regions as directed by the top Management by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
➤ Assist in forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products as a contribution to national sales.
- Manage to collect all the pending and current recoveries through the Sales Team and the regional team in solely responsible for outstanding.
- Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
- ➤ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the regional sales forces to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counsellingand disciplining employees.
Skills/Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized university or institute. Minimum 05 years of experience in Similar Capacity.
- Experience in Hardware, Construction or Manufacturing fields will be an added advantage.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
Should be able to work independently & be oriented.
