SALES COORDINATOR
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations and other sales-related activities
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and
- prospects
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts
- Maintain proper records of sales data and customer database and ensure regular contact
- Collaborate with the marketing partners to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Post A-Level qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
