The Colombo Lotus Tower is the most significant landmark in Colombo and it is the tallest self-supported structure in South Asia. Now we have opened to the public with wide range of facilities that includes entertainment, leisure, Hi tech experience and star class dining facilities at a sky height.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about joining the company and to be a part of its legacy. The prospective candidates should full fill the below mentioned requirements:
HR Assistant
- Diploma or NVQ Level 04 or similar qualification from a recognized by the university grand commission
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle HR -related administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
- Ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Ability to work as a team
- Minimum age limit: 35 years
