- - HR degree or equivalent qualification
- - Good knowledge about Sri Lankan labor law
- - Minimum 05-year experience in HR
- - Ability to work without supervision
- - Ability to handle the full HR function of the company

- - Manage EPF, ETF and payroll
- - Manage recruitment and training process
