HEAD OF FINANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Financial Strategy recommendations to CEO/ Executive Team.
- Oversee all financial decisions such as budgeting and auditing.
Reviewing and updating Policies, Procedures and Processes governing Compliance, Risk, planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements and profit and loss reports.
Ensuring compliance with Accounting and Regulatory Standards.
Negotiating with Banks, Financiers and Corporates, where applicable, in ensuring Cash Flows for business growth.
Reengineering Finance/Accounting Processes and reviewing other Business Processes. Providing information to Management and Stakeholders in communicating Corporate Performance.
Treasury Management.

- Balance the roles of Financial/ Accounting Stewardship with Business Partnering in driving organizational growth.
- An understanding of the current, and future needs of internal and external stakeholders in a technology driven industry.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.

Leading/managing the Finance and Accounting team in a positive and constructive manner; be a coach and mentor.

Qualifications and Experience
CIMA/CMA/ CA Professional Qualification.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business / Accounting and Finance
Master's in Business Administration will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years at the senior management level in a medium/large organization.
