SENIOR MANAGER/ HEAD OF FINANCE
eMarketingEye is an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with over 1200 clients across 45+ countries. We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns, and web analytics solutions.
We seek a dynamic individual who can lead our Finance Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in business planning and strategy formulation while leading the finance-related functions of the company
- Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, costing, cash flow management, payroll, and management reporting
- Ensure the timely preparation of financial statements and management reports to senior management for critical decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all accounting activities
- Liaise with financial institutions, insurance agencies, and statutory bodies such as the Inland Revenue Department
- Implement proper treasury management practices to effectively manage company funds
- Ensure effective credit control for optimized cash flow utilization
- Coordinate daily with other divisions to ensure timely invoicing, payment release, and efficient resolution of accounting and tax-related matters
- Facilitate communication with external auditors and ensure proper conduct of the annual financial audit
- Coach and manage the Finance Team to ensure high performance and professional development

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed organization, preferably in the service industry
- An associate member of ACCA(UK) / Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka
- An MBA from a recognized university in the field of Finance / Accounting is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and tax-related matters
- Having prior audit experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
