Marketing Manager

One of our leading International Color Cosmetics and Personal Care Brand, invites applications for the position of Marketing Manager, from aspiring marketing professionals in Sri Lanka
Responsibilities:
- Understand competitive environment, gain consumer insights and market trends to create relevant brand strategies and plans
- Coordinate with the creative and media agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns
- Driving digital marketing strategies and innovation in communication to ensure leadership status of the brand
- Ensure brand visibility in the market thru effective merchandising
Budgeting and planning for the brand at product and channel level to ensure profitable growth
Monitoring product level offtakes in the market and taking corrective actions as and when required
Qualification:
- Should hold a bachelor's or professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized university or institute
- Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in Marketing & Brand Management Experience in FMCG/ Colour Cosmetics/Personal care category is a must
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies from conception to execution.
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
