Coordinator - CBA & CCA Faculty

CA Sri Lanka is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the CBA & CCA Faculty as a coordinator who will be responsible for delivering services for CBA & CCA members and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategising and organising workshops and programmes for the faculty.
- Offering administrative assistance, including scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and report creation.
- Addressing inquiries and collaborating with faculty stakeholders to ensure the prompt provision of services.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of faculty events and initiatives.
- Upholding the seamless operation of the faculty by delivering positive services to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from a recognised higher educational institute.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possessing knowledge of the operations of the education sector will be an added advantage.
- Age below 30 years.
