Skills:

  • Implement training solutions focusing on personal development skills, knowledge and behaviour
  • Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions for UK exposure
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Admin operations of e-learning/learning management systems (LMS)
  • New employee induction and training
  • Assist with ad-hoc and routine projects across the HR teams

Work Experience: (mandatory) Minimum 4-5 years experience

Academic: (mandatory) Degree in Human Resources or Business Management

Remuneration:

  • Gross Salary: LKR 150,000/- to LKR 180,000/-

Location: Col 5 Office | WFH Hybrid Work Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM 45hrs/week
