Director-Product Merchandising & Controlling
SMT Apparel Lanka Limited, a pioneer in the garment manufacturing industry, is looking for dynamic Candidates for early engagement to work as a Director- Product Merchandising & Controlling.
The ideal candidate should possess Diploma/Degree qualifications or higher status in Clothing Technology. At least Three years working experience in the similar capacity & Ten years managerial experience in a reputed company preferably in the garment manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Capacity to build strong working relationships throughout the brand and work effectively with all levels
- Team Leadership -Provide clear business goals for teams to support and develop skills base
- Commerciality-skilled at finding opportunities to achieve profit in any situation, trading mentality to support and develop product areas
- Problem Solving-Ability to gather all key information and then use logic and creativity to propose solutions
- Experience of working in a fast paced fashion environment with solid merchandising experience
- Experience in multi brand environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and communication skills.
