- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Diploma in marketing, or GCE A/L
- Over 5 years of experience in sales
- Fluency in all three languages (English/Sinhala & Tamil)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in any part of the island
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving budgeted sales targets
- Customer relationship management and market information (distributor/retailer)
- Distribution management and brand development activities
- Proficiently handling cement sales
