ROLE PROFILE
- Achieve the agreed Sales targets by category, volume, and value.
- Responsible for developing new customers and to grow the business to its fullest potential.
- Ensure and maintain optimal customer service levels.
- Manage the logistics in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan and achieve the Debtors collections on time in full.
- Ensure achievement of sales productivity based on the Sales and distribution plan.
- Ensure the availability of the company products in every establishment in the territory. Monitor the competitor and category trends within the territory and report to the management.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of previous Sales experience in the fields of Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Supermarkets.
- An outgoing personality and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record in Sales.
- Sound communications skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhering to standards and deadlines.
