OVERVIEW:

Full-time

We seek a dynamic and experienced F&B and hospitality to oversee the operations of our upscale pub/restaurant and boutique villa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage service at the pub, as well as the day-to-day management of the villa, ensuring exceptional service standards and a memorable experience for all guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

F&B MANAGEMENT:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pub, ensuring excellent food quality, top-notch beverage service, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement creative menu items in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance the dining experience and adapt to seasonal availability and customer preferences.
  • Regularly review and manage the pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
  • Monitor compliance with all health and safety regulations concerning food and beverage service, conducting regular audits and staff training to uphold standards.
  • Manage the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while optimizing labor costs.

VILLA MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate all aspects of guest hospitality, including check-in/out processes, personalizing guest experiences, and managing special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the villa, ensuring all areas are in pristine condition and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Develop and manage relationships with travel agents and tour operators to boost villa bookings and occupancy rates.
  • Implement and maintain a guest feedback system to gather insights and address areas for improvement in real-time.
  • Organize and promote seasonal events and packages that enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION

  • Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance the visibility of the pub and villa on various platforms, including social media, travel blogs, and industry publications.
  • Network with local businesses and community organizations to create partnerships that enhance guest experience and community engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies that keep the pub and villa competitive and appealing to target demographics.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • Prepare and manage budgets for both the pub and villa, monitoring expenditures and adjusting operational costs to align with financial goals.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses to evaluate the profitability of food and beverage offerings and the overall financial performance of the villa.

Report financial findings and insights to stakeholders, recommending strategies for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.

STAFF MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in their respective roles, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and motivated.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance. Develop succession plans for critical roles to ensure leadership continuity and operational stability.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Ensure that all operational procedures are documented and updated regularly, maintaining a manual for staff reference.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance sustainability and environmental responsibility within both the pub and villa operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations and/or hospitality properties.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.

Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems.
