- Finance Administrator - LEVEIN
Skills:
- Reviewing the purchase requests and placing orders with relevant suppliers
- Handle utilities accounts
- Research vendors and negotiate the best price
- Gathering information for preparation of reports
- Figure out the expenses payable and inform the line manager
- Arranging travel and accommodation for company events and staff
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the company as required
Work Experience: (mandatory) Minimum 2-3 years experience
Academic: (mandatory) Degree in Business/Office Management or relevant field
Remuneration:
- Gross Salary up to LKR 150,000/-
Location: Hybrid. 2 days from Office in Colombo 5 & 3 days Working from Home Work Hours: 12.30PM -9.30PM (WFO & WFH) - 45hrs/week
