  • Finance Administrator - LEVEIN

Skills:

  • Reviewing the purchase requests and placing orders with relevant suppliers
  • Handle utilities accounts
  • Research vendors and negotiate the best price
  • Gathering information for preparation of reports
  • Figure out the expenses payable and inform the line manager
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for company events and staff
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Ad-hoc administrative support to the company as required

Work Experience: (mandatory) Minimum 2-3 years experience

Academic: (mandatory) Degree in Business/Office Management or relevant field

Remuneration:

  • Gross Salary up to LKR 150,000/-

Location: Hybrid. 2 days from Office in Colombo 5 & 3 days Working from Home Work Hours: 12.30PM -9.30PM (WFO & WFH) - 45hrs/week
