Job Role:

  • Expertly manage both inbound and outbound calls while promptly addressing and intimate claims of HNBGI Contact Centre.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring clarity of information and striving for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently providing personalized and attentive service, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service through empathetic interactions and adept problem-solving abilities, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Effectively juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Actively engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and enhance skills for delivering top-notch customer service.

Job Pre-Requisites:

  • Completion of G.C.E. A/L Examination
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis to support the 24/7 operations.
  • Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
