WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Cash Flow Management
- Instruct the fund transfers to the financial institutions for all group companies based on the transfer requests provided by the management team
- Management of Group Debt Portfolio
- Maintain, track, report loans and other financial instruments for all Group companies.
- Ensure on-time settlement of loans and other instruments.
- Reporting
- Update and accurately submit the Daily Cash Report
- Up to date maintenance of the Loan outstanding report
- GL entry posting of the all the transfers, settlements, and borrowings
- Monthly TR reconciliation report for all group companies
- Monthly TR Loan Interest calculation report for all group companies
- Documentation: Submission to Banks and Maintaining Copies For Internal Reference
- Fund transfer requests
- Inward remittances related documents
- Account opening closing requests
- Facilitate bank confirmations for the year end statutory audit requirements (eg- Balance confirmations)
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance) AND/OR qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CA
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a related role
- Sound Communication and Interpersonal skills
