BUDGETING AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYST
[MANAGER | ASSISTANT MANAGER)
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyse, interpret branch wise, product wise data in order to evaluate the business performance of the business lines (and/or initiatives within it) and identify key performance trends
- Support the development of detailed and actionable reports to communicate key performance trends to relevant stakeholders and in relevant forums, supporting them to build an accurate understanding of business performance across the business
- Support the preparation of Annual Budget and rolling forecasts
- Provide input that helps support relevant stakeholders to set appropriate and challenging business performance goals/targets/KPIs based on accurate business performance insights
- Track and monitor progress against business performance KPIs, supporting the relevant stakeholders to understand potential root causes of under/over performance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- High Proficiency in English
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Team Player
- Advanced Excel knowledge, Hands on Experience in Data Analytics tools such as power BI, Tableau Experience in a bank/financial institution will be an added qualification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Full/Part Qualification in CA, CIMA or an equivalent academic qualification
