EXECUTIVE-INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Industrial Engineering. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
Role & Responsibility
- Prepare line layouts & Operation breakdown on time.
- Prepare plant machine requirements.
- Prepare Operation breakdown for costing purpose.
- Prepare & Issue IE monthly and daily reports on time for management.
- Meet monthly savings targets.
- Do Innovations as per the plant KPI.
- Meet Plant plan efficiency & standards hours.
- Check & Confirm thread Consumptions.
- Time study & Motion Study.
- Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area. SMV calculation by time study.
- Process wise operator skill development.
- Work with production floor/operational management to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Studied up to G.C.E. (A/L)
- More than 3 years' experience in lingerie categories.
- Working experience with bonding & molding products. ICT Literacy.
- Knowledge in lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to work as a team
