Executive - HR and Compliance Location - Opanayaka Factory
- We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for pursuing a career in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Job Role
- Coordinate & manage all the compliance audits, reviews and assessments.
- Developing, implementing & managing legal, ethical, social, and environmental compliance standards.
- Closely follow up with buyer's code of conducts and educate other stakeholders.
- Monitor health and safety, compliance in daily basis and take appropriate actions.
Individual Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity especially in a garment manufacturing environment.
- Diploma in a related field.
- Sound knowledge of all compliance aspects.
- Age below 40 years.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team based environment.
