Management Trainee
Requirements
- Rotational Learning: Rotate through different departments including merchandising, production, quality control, supply chain management, marketing, and sales to gain a holistic understanding of the industry.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive strategies, providing valuable insights for product development and marketing initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with department heads and supervisors to learn effective leadership techniques, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Textile & Clothing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Passion for the garment industry and a desire to pursue a career in management.
- Candidates should be below 35 years & preferably in close proximity to Negombo.
