CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVES
MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd, over two decades of specialized experience has pioneered in manufacturing of hospital furniture up to the international standards. We have created a revolution with GMP certification by NMRA in health industry by constantly delivering high standard, in-house manufactured products. Furthermore, MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd is a massive importer of medical equipment, Rehabilitation aids and medical consumables.
As we continue to grow, we are also on the lookout for dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented individuals to be part of our team. We are looking for a well experienced and highly motivated individual who is solely responsible for driving the sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering potential client questions and follow-ups.
- Guide and help customers creating a business opportunity.
- Coordinating business generation activities and clients visits
- Responding to clients' / sales team's requests with proposals/quotations.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Two (2) years experience in a similar capacity.
- Age should be below 40 years.
- Having experience in sales field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Computer literacy with social media awareness.
- Possess a valid bike / driving license is a must
