Almond Oil PUCARRIER OIL Social Media Specialist (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram/YouTube channels to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
- Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
- Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist starts from approaching suitable influencers, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
- Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers.
- Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.
Qualifications:
- Having 2-3 years of experience in Skincare and Beauty Industry would be an added advantage.
- Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
- Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics.
- 100% commitment to work during working hours.
- Ability to deliver the specified tasks with strict deadlines under minimum supervision.
