RPA DEVELOPER CUM SOFTWARE ENGINEER- UI PATH AUTOMATION

  • Location - Teejay Lanka PLC - Avissawella

The Job

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.

  • Analyze, configure, and optimize business processes to make them more efficient and scalable.

  • Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshooting RPA applications to ensure quality and reliability.

  • Test and deploy RPA solutions in cloud orchestrator and manage attended & unattended bots in various environments. Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.

  • Provide technical support and expertise to the team and end-users.

  • Ensure all project deliverables are delivered adhering to project timelines.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, tools, and best practices.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related field.

  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Programming skills (.net platform (C#, ASP.net, VB.net), SQL, VBA Excel Macros)

  • RPA certification, SAP knowledge and experience in SAP automation would be an added advantage.

  • 2+ years of experience in robotic process automation and implementations, preferably as an RPA UiPath developer.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects. Ability to successfully lead others as well as lead projects by motivating a team.

  • Keen on continuous learning and like to be a change agent.

  • Candidates who are interested in UiPath automation and have over 2 plus years of Software Engineering with a good Degree level may apply as trainees.
