RPA DEVELOPER CUM SOFTWARE ENGINEER- UI PATH AUTOMATION

The Job
Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
Analyze, configure, and optimize business processes to make them more efficient and scalable.
Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshooting RPA applications to ensure quality and reliability.
Test and deploy RPA solutions in cloud orchestrator and manage attended & unattended bots in various environments. Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and expertise to the team and end-users.
Ensure all project deliverables are delivered adhering to project timelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, tools, and best practices.
The Person
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related field.
Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Programming skills (.net platform (C#, ASP.net, VB.net), SQL, VBA Excel Macros)
RPA certification, SAP knowledge and experience in SAP automation would be an added advantage.
2+ years of experience in robotic process automation and implementations, preferably as an RPA UiPath developer.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects. Ability to successfully lead others as well as lead projects by motivating a team.
Keen on continuous learning and like to be a change agent.
Candidates who are interested in UiPath automation and have over 2 plus years of Software Engineering with a good Degree level may apply as trainees.
