Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Executive
Job Overview:
We, Your Daily Foods Ltd is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Social Media Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to drive our business growth. The candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing social media, managing sales in E-commerce platforms, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Your Daily Foods Ltd is a sister company of First Global Seafood (www.firstglobalseafood.com) based in the United Kingdom, and looking to expand its Seafood and other essential foods and non-food supply chain to various sectors in global destinations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Engaging campaigns and E-commerce platforms across various channels.
- Analyze marketing data and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Digital Media Marketing:
- Utilize digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Edit and enhance social media content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging and visually appealing posts for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Implement social media strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate them into the overall marketing strategy.
- Additional Skills and Attributes:
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing and relevant experience in digital marketing and branding.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Partial or full qualification in CIM or SLIM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fluent in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken) with professional-level communication skills.
Salary:
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
