Trainee Site Support Engineer (Pallekele)
Job Profile
- To be highly customer focused and diligent towards providing good customer services
- Support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of Desktops, Laptops and Server (Hardware, Software and Application) and related peripherals
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the commitment to understanding client requirements
- IT related Degree or Higher diploma
- Management skills needed to oversee IT initiatives and collaborations with various technical stuff.
- Commitment to support new technology implementation.
- Minimum 1 year related (end user support) experience
- Excellent knowledge in windows / Macintosh / Linux platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software issues quickly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge in both network & telecommunication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge in mobile device/platforms will be added advantage
