Job Summary

The Executive - Workforce Management is a pivotal role responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding candidates for various medical and healthcare positions within Medfuture. This role demands adeptness in utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate sourcing, conducting comprehensive candidate discussions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing the onboarding process. Moreover, the Executive will play a vital role in facilitating APHRA registration and visa procedures for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) aiming for employment in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Indeed, to actively source candidates for diverse healthcare roles within Medfuture.
  • Conduct primary discussions with sourced candidates to assess their educational background, experience, availability, and salary expectations in detail.
  • Manage compliance checks to ensure candidates meet regulatory requirements and Medfuture's standards.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for successful candidates, including the completion of necessary documentation and employment agreements.
  • Facilitate APHRA registration and navigate visa procedures for International Medical Graduates seeking employment in Australia.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with Australian and New Zealand medical professionals throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on successfully onboarding 25 candidates to the workforce within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate sourcing, interviews, compliance checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong interviewing skills and experience in assessing candidate suitability.
  • Proficiency in document administration and compliance processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with Australian and New Zealand medical professionals.
  • Experience in Australian visa processing and familiarity with APHRA registration procedures (preferred).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
