Recruitment Executive
Job Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Executive at FITS Express - ASC for UPS Sri Lanka located in Colombo. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing excellent customer service.
Experience & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Full or part qualification in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the HR Field
- Experience in handling recruitment will be an added advantage
