RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing - Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Screening and Interviewing - Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers - Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles
  • Talent Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  • Employer Branding - Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including creating engaging job postings and participating in recruitment events
  • Recruitment Process Management - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring
  • Data Analysis - Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
