Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conventional Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branding initiatives, product development and management, corporate communication, PR-related activities, social media management, marketing campaign and content creation including articles, blogs, and copywriting. Additionally, the candidate will manage both internal and freelancing teams of content writers and blog writers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Drive product development and management initiatives to meet market demands and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead corporate communication efforts to maintain a positive brand image and effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Execute PR-related activities to enhance the organization's reputation and manage public perceptions.
  • Write compelling articles, blogs, and copywriting materials to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage internal and freelancing teams of content writers and blog writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with the sales team to understand operational needs and align marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement marketing trends and innovations effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the management of social media pages and activities, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies across various platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between conventional and digital marketing efforts for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conventional marketing roles, preferably in the recruitment field or any service industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
