NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
The Job:
You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing technology solutions to support our business objectives and enhance the efficiency of our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for both fashion and technology, along with a strong track record of leadership and innovation in the IT field.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain our company's network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, to safeguard company data and assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and implement solutions that support business objectives.
- Conduct regular network assessments and implement upgrades or improvements as necessary to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configuration details, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a network administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware, such as routers, switches, and FortiGate firewalls.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Solid understanding of network security best practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Industry certifications such as CISCO (CCNA, CCNP) and Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
