Designation: Service/Mechanic Supervisor
We are one of the largest company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama area. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, team player with good communication skills to handling customer base & labours.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 05 year experience of handling automobile workshops with knowledge machineries and vehicle in a similar capacity
- Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop
- Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills
- Monitor technicians' daily productivity
- Facilitate or conduct technical training
- Manage employees when required
- Own performance across the area and maintain strong customer relationships achieving sales targets
- Implement brand and trade cycle activities to achieve company objectives
- Excellent in both English & Sinhala
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package
- Age 30-45
