Job Description

  • Ownership of Sales Strategy: Develop and own all plans and strategies for business development, ensuring alignment with company sales goals.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Assist in the development of the sales plan, including preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for sales leaders, CRO, and upper management. Utilize forecasts and reports for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
  • Business Expansion: Lead the process of landing and expanding business through top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion strategies. Understand the recruitment and placement cycle to optimize the process.
  • Client Engagement: Evangelize the product and actively participate in closing the largest corporate deals. Collaborate across teams, including other Cross Sales Divisions, to incorporate various services for target clients.
  • Inbound Lead Generation: Establish inbound lead requirements through the Jobs Campaign to meet sales objectives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships and relationships with key customers externally and internally.
  • Lead Generation Planning: Plan and execute lead generation activities to ensure growth in every state and professional category.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve a monthly revenue target of 500,000 AUD through either 50 Introductory Placements and/or 5000 Shift Hours of Agency Workforce Placements in Hospital and Age care and Nursing Domain.
  • Acquire 100 new clients monthly.
  • Organize 5 constructive corporate meetings per week to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Convert corporate meetings/opportunities into revenue reports.
  • Maintain and track new job order opportunities and closing corporate sales.
  • Provide Market Growth Reports.
  • Identify and capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Segment clients in each sales division and maintain CRM & SGA.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in managing a team of recruitment business consultants or sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large corporate deals and expanding business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and upper management.
